Cost: $70 + $15 materials fee.

Experience Level: beginner and intermediate
Max Enrollment: 12

To register please call Art Gym at: 303-320-8347

Students will be painting an image with opaque etching ink on a smooth Plexiglas plate and transfer the image onto an Arches Black cover stock paper on a printing press. The monotype pulled off the plate almost always has an element of surprise since the art created on the plate is flattened, squeezed and moved around the paper is pressed into the ink. The final result on paper may look quite different than the image on the plate.
