6:30pm – 9:30pm on Wednesday & Friday evenings for three weeks: November 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17
This workshop will be a fast-paced introduction to the stone lithography process. Students will learn the process of grinding a stone, drawing with grease crayons, etching, rolling up, and printing. While printing, students will work in a team, assisting one another to learn how to sponge, proof, and edition their artwork.
The stone lithography process is a ton of work and requires attention to detail and patience. Each student will print at least one small edition from their stone.
