Art Gym is excited to present “(in)equitable ecology Portfolio Exchange“, an upcoming  exhibition of prints curated by Alanna Austin, on view in The Leyden Jar. Please join us for a reception on Thursday February 22 from 6-9PM. Thank you to Ratio Beerworks for providing beer for this event!

The study of ecology stems from the relationship of living organisms and their environment.  In this project, fifteen participants were invited to ponder the areas of ecology surrounding them, whether that be in the natural or man made world and how we coexist in our surroundings or with other objects. Is our relationship with the world surrounding us and the coexistence between us, the environment, the government, or even our society balanced? 

This exhibition runs in conjunction with Denver’s Month of Printmaking (Mo’Print). Mo’Print is a celebration of the art of making original prints to inspire, educate and promote awareness through a variety of public events and exhibitions in Denver and the metropolitan region.
