We will be using ecstatic dance as a tool for individuals to explore their creative self through the use of “play.” Ecstatic dance has the power to release suppressed emotions, create a deeper foundation for self-confidence and expression, and deepen the power of connection, all of which are vital factors in creativity and vitality.
