From discard to design, sculpt new life into reclaimed paper in the upcoming beginner workshop, 3D Object Collage: Exploration of Paper Sculpture. Using salvaged materials like junk mail, packaging, and water-damaged books, you’ll tear into the process of creating paper pulp to form moldable “paperclay.” From there, turn trash into treasure by sculpting 3D collages with folded layers of plastic, wood, or metal. Through hands-on demos and inspiring examples, learn creative ways to recycle paper while exploring new techniques to create sustainable art. All materials are provided, and space is limited.
