Cultura Craft Chocolate – Art Gym Culinary Member
Why we joined Art Gym:
Damaris Graves, owner of Cultura Craft Chocolate joined the Art Gym in the spring of 2016. She loves that the Art Gym creates a space for “makers” to thrive and be supported rather than a typical commissary kitchen environment that treats users like a transaction.
About Cultura Craft:
Cultura Craft Chocolate is a Latin-American-inspired bean-to-bar chocolate company based in Denver, CO., with a passion for creating amazing chocolate with greater transparency and accessibility. Cultura sources some of the best cacao in the world, and in turn produces a product line that is both bold and approachable. Cultura commits to maintaining integrity through greater transparency, pushing boundaries by being curious, never settling, and always having fun!
